Mary Ann Lisi
Mary Ann has lived the South County area for over 20 years and enjoyed many summers before that at her family's beach house in the Matunuck area.
 
Real estate and Architectural history has been a passion for most of her adult life. She has been a Realtor for over 20 years and prior to that, restored and renovated (and some say rescued) more than 10 homes over the years. Mary Ann is proud to have been one of the first Realtors to obtain a "Green" designation and has extensive knowledge and expertise in sustainable building. She has also completed many interior design projects and, in addition, has worked in visual merchandising for several large companies. Her training in design and merchandising and an eye for color gives her the ability to assist sellers in home staging, a critical element to preparing their home to sell.
Mary Ann is a proud recipient of a Kent Washington Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence GOLD Award with sales volume of $10 Million. She has been a multi-million dollar producer for many years and enjoys working with buyers and sellers alike.
 
Her area of expertise is the southern coastline of Rhode Island including South Kingstown, Narragansett, North Kingstown, Charlestown, Westerly and Jamestown. She is a specialist in the luxury real estate market including oceanfront homes, country estates, historic and antique properties and vacation homes.
